About PivotScale

We built the engineering team mid-market operations can't hire.

A business your size can't hire a systems engineer, an integrations engineer, and an AI engineer, and couldn't keep them busy if it did. We are that team for a few months at a time, and the software keeps running after we leave.

THE CREDO

The engineer you meet is the engineer who builds.

Why we built it

We fixed our own operation first. Then people asked us to fix theirs.

EST. 2019

PivotScale started inside an operations-heavy business that was leaking hours the way every company its size does. Quotes retyped, approvals waiting in one inbox, month end assembled by hand.

Instead of buying another tool, the team mapped where the hours went and built the software that closed the gaps. Other owners asked for the same thing, and the method became a company.

Who shows up

Senior engineers only. Two of them, audit to live.

SENIOR ONLY · SMALL ON PURPOSE

Our engineers are forward-deployed: one person maps the process on site, does the integration work, and builds the parts that read documents. No juniors, no account managers, nobody swapped in.

The label is what each engineer reaches for first, not the limit of what they build.

Inside the practice

A small team that works in rooms like yours, not from a slide deck.

What we won't bend

The rules we don't bend.

FROM THE DELIVERY MODEL
On site first, embedded after

Week one is always in the building. Specs come from watching the work happen, not from calls about it.

Something works in 30 days

The Workflow Sprint ends with one automation running on your real data, not a report.

You own everything, day one

Code, docs, credentials, infrastructure. If we vanish, everything keeps running.

We say no

A straight yes or no on fit, on the call. We'd rather lose the deal than dress it up.

FAQ

Straight answers

Why should we believe you over the last vendor?
Don't. Believe the 30-day test: at the end of the Workflow Sprint there's an automation running on your real data, or you don't pay. It's a shorter argument than a case study.
Are you an AI company or a software company?
We're an implementation company. Most leaks are fixed with plain integration and a rules engine, and we say so. AI goes in where it moves a number, with a human on the exceptions.
How big is PivotScale?
We measure in what's running: software we built and still run for 40+ businesses, every day, across home services, manufacturing, professional services, and IT services, built over 10+ years of shipping production systems.
Do you take every client?
No. If there is nothing worth an engineer yet, we point you to the free Leak Score. Three or more engineers shipping production software get told to build in-house. We'd rather give a straight no than a slow maybe.
