Other firms hand you a plan. We build the software and turn it on.

Forward deployed engineers inside your operation, building custom AI solutions. First automation live inside a month.

THE MAP · THEN THE BUILD
The method

Find the leak. Rank the list. Put the fix live.

Leak

We come into the business, a shop floor, a front office, a dispatch desk, at every location the work runs through. Leadership tells us what they want; the floor tells us what actually happens. Every leak gets an hour cost.

List

You get the Leak List: every leak, priced, biggest first. 30 days in, one automation is already running on real data.

Live

We build the biggest fix and put it live in production. Then the next one, sprint after sprint, until the operation runs on systems instead of heroics.

The delivery model

How every engagement runs.

NEVER SOFTENED
A custom AI solution

Custom GPTs, custom assistants, and the automations that run around them, written against how your business actually works. Model-agnostic by design: the model is a component, not the architecture.

On site first, embedded after

Week one is always in the building. Specs come from watching the work happen, not from calls about it. From week two we're in your Slack, your standups, and your codebase, and back on site whenever the work needs it.

Something works in 30 days

The Workflow Sprint ends with one automation running on your real data, not a report. A Build Sprint is clickable by week two and live by week six.

The engineer you meet is the engineer who builds

No account managers, no junior handoffs, nobody swapped in. Senior only, small on purpose.

You own everything, day one

Code, docs, credentials, infrastructure. No hostage software: if we vanish, everything keeps running.

Nothing breaks silently

Everything we ship is monitored, with a human reviewing exceptions. You hear about problems from us, not from a customer.

Proven on our own P&L first

We automated our own agency before selling automation. The tools we pitch are the tools we run.

We say no

A straight yes or no on fit, on the call. Three or more engineers shipping production software should build in-house, and we say so. If there is nothing worth an engineer yet, the free Leak Score is the honest answer.

Trust, security, and ownership

Five commitments, in every contract.

01Your infrastructure

We build in your cloud and your accounts.

02Your code

Every line, yours from the first commit.

03No training on your data

In the contract, in writing.

04Human review on exceptions

Anywhere AI touches money, customers, or compliance.

05Full handoff terms

Runbook included. Nothing to terminate at exit.

Straight answers

Three things we'll concede up front.

SPEED

Six weeks for a real build. Real software on real data takes real time, AI in the loop or not.

PRICE

We're not the cheapest. We're priced against the leak.

BUILD VS BUY

A company with a real dev team should build in-house, and we'll say so.

FAQ

Straight answers

What kind of company is PivotScale?
An AI and software implementation agency. Everyone else in this market sells strategy, licenses, or platforms. We put it in: the same model the top AI companies use with their biggest customers, engineers inside your business, building on your systems.
Do you work with AI or just software?
Both, in that order of honesty: most leaks are fixed with plain integration and a rules engine, and we say so. AI goes in where it moves a number, with a human reviewing exceptions. Either way it is a custom AI solution, and it is model-agnostic by design.
Where do most clients start?
The Workflow Sprint: $8,500, 30 days, every leak priced in hours and dollars, one automation live on your real data. It carries the guarantee and credits in full toward the next step within 30 days.
Who shouldn't hire you?
Companies with three or more engineers already shipping production software, who should build in-house. And anyone who wants a strategy deck rather than working software.
