THREE STEPS · FLAT PRICES · YOU OWN EVERYTHING FROM DAY ONE
Where this goes
The Embedded Team
STEP 3 · THE PRICE IS THE PRICE · NO DISCOUNTS
EMBEDDED · INSIDE YOUR SYSTEMS
$15,000/monththree-month minimum
A fractional embedded engineering team, working inside your systems instead of from the outside. Two senior engineers on this engagement: no juniors, no account managers, nobody swapped in.
Ongoing two-week sprints. New working software ships continuously. The Leak List stays ranked, and everything is owned by you from day one.
Five to seven working builds in the first three months. Each build uses what the last one taught us about your operation.
Hire in-houseOne AI engineer runs $340K to $470K all-in in year one (market data, 2026). Committed at the offer letter.$340K+
Two engineers on payroll$300K to $400K+ a year in salary alone, before you know if the work lands.$300K+

The three steps
Start small. Your money moves up with you.
STEP 1 · 30 DAYS
The Workflow Sprint
$8,500flat
We come into the business, map every process and handoff, and price every leak in hours and dollars. That mapping work is the Leak Audit, and it's part of this step, not a product on its own.
You walk away with three things:
The Leak List: every leak, priced in hours and dollars, biggest first, with build status
The architecture for what comes next
One automation running on your real data
The mapping work is the Leak Audit. All of it is yours, whoever you build with. We choose which automation, because we choose the one we can ship inside the sprint.
"If that automation isn't running on your real data at the end of 30 days, we keep working at no extra cost until it is. If we can't get there, you don't pay."
It means exactly one thing: one automation running on your real data by day 30. It isn't a guarantee about the Leak List, the architecture, or the Build Sprint.
SOW CLAUSE 1
The determination that we can't get there is made by us, in writing, with a stated reason.
SOW CLAUSE 2
The 30 days start when system access is granted, and pause while we're blocked on access, credentials, or decisions.
The math
Priced as recovery, not cost.
~$70K
Two days a week of manual work is roughly a $70K salary wasted. Most companies our size run two or three leaks at once.
EVERY BUILD NAMES ITS RETURN
Save it. Take cost out.
Make more of it. More output from the same team.
Create new. Revenue that didn't exist.
If we can't name the return, we don't build it.
THE RECEIPTS
Outside partners get AI into production about twice as often as internal builds, roughly 67% versus 33% (MIT, 2025).
Companies scrapping most of their AI initiatives jumped from 17% to 42% in one year (S&P Global, 2024 to 2025).
Straight answers
Three things we'll concede up front.
SPEED
Six weeks, not six days. Real software on real data takes real time.
PRICE
We're not the cheapest. We're priced against the leak, and against what two engineers on payroll cost.
BUILD VS BUY
If you have a real dev team of three or more engineers, build in-house. We'll tell you that on the call.
Not ready to spend?
Find out what your leaks cost. Free, no email.
The Leak Score is a free self-serve tool: ten questions, two minutes, no email required. It puts a first number on what your operation is leaking.
Not sure the number justifies an engineer yet? Start here.
You do, from day one. Code, documentation, architecture, all of it, in your accounts. That's true on every step.
Do the steps credit toward each other?
Yes. The Workflow Sprint credits in full toward the Build Sprint for 30 days after your sprint ends, so the Build Sprint is effectively $16,500. The Build Sprint credits toward the Embedded Team within 30 days.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
One automation running on your real data by day 30 of the Workflow Sprint. If it isn't, we keep working at no extra cost until it is. If we can't get there, you don't pay.
What if our biggest leak is bigger than six weeks?
Then it's Embedded Team work. Six weeks is the cap on project builds, and we'd rather tell you that before you spend than discover it at week five.
Do you discount the Embedded Team?
No. The price is the price. What we'll do instead is show you the Leak List first, so you're deciding against a number, not a pitch.
How long do engagements run past three months?
That's a call conversation. Three months is the floor, and it's short on purpose: it's the cost of finding out, with working software either way.
