Who we help · Home services and trades

Software for companies that do the work. Construction, electrical, plumbing, roofing, remodeling, restoration.

You don't have a software problem, you have a Tuesday problem: the office re-typing what the field already wrote down. We build the systems that make the paperwork keep up with the crews.

CONTRACTOR YARD · ON SITE
Where it leaks

The office is re-typing what the field already knows. Sound familiar?

Pricing waits on one person

The guy who prices it is on a roof. Quotes go out days late, and the good jobs don't wait.

QUOTING
The whiteboard runs dispatch

One coordinator, one whiteboard, and a very good memory. It works until the day it doesn't.

DISPATCH
Job tickets typed twice

The crew writes it down, the office types it in, and the two never quite match at invoice time.

JOB COSTING
Invoices trail the truck

The work is done Friday. The invoice goes out two weeks later. The cash sits in between.

INVOICING
What we build

The kind of thing we ship

YOURS FROM DAY ONE · NO LICENCE FEES
RUNNING IN THE FIELD

Quote and job intake

Photos, scope, and pricing rules in one flow, so a quote goes out the same day the estimator sees the job.

RUNNING AT DISPATCH

Dispatch boards

Every crew, every truck, every open job in one view the whole office can see.

RUNNING AT NIGHT

From the truck to the invoice, no re-typing

What the crew logs on site becomes the invoice, without anyone typing it twice.

FAQ

Straight answers

Do you know the trades or just software?
Both, and that's rare on purpose. We also own and run a marketing agency heaviest in home services, so contractor operations are home turf for us.
Our guys aren't computer people. Will they use it?
If a tool slows a crew down, they're right to ignore it. We build around how the work already happens, and we sit in the office and ride along until it sticks.
What does it cost to start?
The Workflow Sprint is $8,500 flat: 30 days, every leak priced in hours and dollars, and one automation live on your real data. It credits in full toward the next step within 30 days.
We're a small shop. Can we work together?
Usually. What matters is whether there is enough process to fix to justify an engineer. If you are not sure, start with the free Leak Score, ten questions, two minutes, no email, and come back when the number is worth an engineer.
Are we locked into one AI vendor?
No. We are model-agnostic by design: the model is a component, not the architecture. When a better one ships we swap it, and what we built for you keeps running.
How it gets built

Built as a custom AI solution. Yours to keep.

MODEL-AGNOSTIC BY DESIGN
What we build

An agent answers the lead in under a minute, drafts the quote from your own pricing, and chases the follow-up until it is a yes or a no. The dispatcher keeps the judgment calls.

YOUR OPERATION
How it runs

The follow-up fires on schedule and the board re-sequences itself when a job moves. Nobody has to remember.

ON A SCHEDULE
Why it lasts

We are model-agnostic by design. The model is a component, not the architecture. When a better one ships we swap it, and what we built for you keeps running.
