What shipped

One sync runs nightly. The six sources agree by morning.

The reconcile compares every record across all six sources and fixes what has a rule, flagging what doesn't. Discrepancies went from 38 to zero, and month-end closes in a day. Shipped day 17.

We built a custom AI solution. The reconcile rules were written and tested against their own records, six sources deep, before the first live sync. Where it matters we build the checks in: a daily job tests the sync and flags drift before month end finds it.
